NOVELTY - A spot glass plate comprises waste glass, soda ash, potassium carbonate, potassium alum, borax, epoxy resin, composite phosphate, ultrafine barium, modified starch, graphene microchip, titanium dioxide, sea mud, wax powder, sepiolite powder, and sodium lignosulfonate. The glass plate is prepared by classifying waste glass according to different colors and quality, crushing waste glass into particles, cold air drying, tumbling the glass particles, and adding remaining raw materials to a nylon ball mill, continuously ball milling to obtain mixed powder, and drying the mixed powder. USE - Spot glass plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The spot glass plate has smooth surface, bright color, increased strength, excellent crack resistance, low energy consumption, and enhanced product texture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A spot glass plate comprises 200 g waste glass, 20 g soda ash, 1.3 g potassium carbonate, 5 g potassium alum, 15.4 g borax, 3.02 g epoxy resin, 2.21 g composite phosphate, 5.52 g ultrafine barium, 1.80 g modified starch, 0.2 g graphene microchip, 10.2 g titanium dioxide, 8.8 g sea mud, 0.5 g wax powder, 5.5 g sepiolite powder, and 1.2 g sodium lignosulfonate. The glass plate is prepared by classifying waste glass according to different colors and quality, cleaning the waste glass using a water spray to remove surface stains, crushing waste glass into waste glass particles, cold air drying at a temperature of 50-55 degrees C for 30-35 minutes to obtain dry surface glass particles without moisture, tumbling the glass particles into a vacuum tumbling machine, rolling out the vacuum once every 5-8 minutes so that the glass surface impurities starts to break down, immersing the tumbled glass particles into water for 1.5-2 hours, removing and draining water filter, returning the water back to the first spray process, drying the sprayed glass particles into the drying equipment at 55-60 degrees C, adding soda ash, potassium carbonate, potassium alum, borax, epoxy resin, composite phosphate, ultrafine barium, modified starch, graphene microchip, titanium dioxide, sea mud, wax powder, sepiolite powder and sodium lignosulfonate to a nylon ball mill, continuously ball milling for 4-6 hours to obtain mixed powder, drying the mixed powder at 60 degrees C, putting into a furnace, melting the whole material and then homogeneously mixing to obtain a mother liquor, placing the mother liquor into a molding machine to obtain glass bottles with different sizes, naturally cooling the glass bottle, hardening the bottle into the annealing furnace at 600 degrees C, transferring the glass bottle to a steel box, heating the glass bottle at 750-900 degrees C, and transferring cold air from all directions at once, cooling the glass bottle to room temperature to obtain finished glass plate.
