▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) cutting the graphene sponge along the direction parallel to the cross section to obtain the graphene sponge barrier layer, (ii) preparing noble metal-oxide solder with oxide, pressing the brazing filler metal into brazing material sheet, polishing the to surface of the metal and ceramic to-be-welded, placing the metal and ceramic to-be-welded into the absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic cleaning, cleaning and obtaining ceramic and metal to-be-welded, (iv) cleaning the metal to-be-welded, overlapping first brazing material sheet, graphene sponge barrier layer, second brazing material sheet and the ceramic after cleaning orderly, and fixing to obtain the assembled to-be-welded piece, (v) placing the assembled to-be-welded piece in the vacuum brazing furnace, (vi) cooling the welding piece to room temperature, finishing the graphene sponge barrier reinforcing braze welding joint anti-reducing performance method. USE - Method for strengthening anti-reduction performance of brazing joint using graphene sponge barrier layer. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces the rate of hydrogen diffusion along the crystal; inhibits the reaction of the hydrogen with the oxide and oxygen in the joint; and enhances the anti-reduction performance of the joint significantly.
