NOVELTY - Polyamide composite material comprises 30-70 pts. wt. conventional nylon, where conventional nylon is PA66, 5-15 pts. wt. special nylon, where special nylon is transparent nylon and/or long carbon chain nylon, 15-40 pts. wt. glass fiber, where glass fiber is composite of flat glass fiber and round glass fiber having mass ratio of 5-35:65-95, 0.1-3 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant auxiliary agent, where antioxidant auxiliary agent is copper salt antioxidant and composite antioxidant having mass ratio of 1:10-20, 0.1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, where lubricant is silicon lubricant and/or amide lubricant, 0.1-3 pts. wt. anti-reflection agent, where anti-reflection agent includes metal chloride, and 0.1-3 pts. wt. organic toner. USE - The polyamide composite material is useful in laser welding material for welding of engine and peripheral component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyamide composite material has good light transmittance, mechanical property and uniformity, and is convenient for subsequent welding. The organic toner replaces inorganic toner absorbing light wave, and improves light transmission performance of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyamide composite material comprising (1) adding conventional nylon and special nylon into mixer, and mixing for 10-15 minutes to obtain a premix, (2) adding nucleating agent, antioxidant additive, lubricant, anti-reflection agent, and organic toner into mixer, mixing for 3-5 minutes to obtain additive premix, and (3) adding premix and additive premix into main feeding lower barrel of twin-screw extruder, placing glass fiber or mixture of glass fiber and modified components into twin-screw extruder through side feeding lower barrel, and heating, melting, extrusion and pelletizing to obtain polyamide composite material.
