NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly two-component waterborne polyurethane composite coating comprises 90-95 wt.% A component and 5-10 wt.% B component, the raw materials of component A includes 20-40 pts. wt aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion, 30-50 pts. wt aliphatic waterborne hydroxy polyurethane dispersion, 1-3 pts. wt propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 1-4 pts. wt porous wool additives, 1-5 pts. wt nano graphene, 15-30 pts. wt water, 0.2-1 pts. wt dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt leveling agent, 1-2 pts. wt film forming aids, 1-2 pts. wt defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt thickener, 1-2 pts. wt pH regulator, the B component includes water-based cyanate ester curing agent with propylene glycol methyl ether acetate. USE - Used as environmentally friendly two-component waterborne polyurethane composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing environmentally-friendly bi-component aqueous polyurethane composite coating comprising (1) dispersing the dispersing agent in water under stirring state, adding porous wool auxiliary agent to stir for 4-10 minutes, stirring speed is 1200-2000 rotations/minutes, adding aliphatic aqueous polyurethane dispersion, aliphatic aqueous hydroxy polyurethane dispersion, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate in stirring state, nano graphene, film-forming auxiliary agent, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding leveling agent, antifoaming agent, thickening agent, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding pH regulator and stirring uniformly, filtering to obtain component A, (2) adding the aqueous cyanate ester curing agent into propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and stirring uniformly to obtain the component B; and (2) use method of the environment-friendly bi-component aqueous polyurethane composite coating comprising mixing A component and B component uniformly, carrying out electrostatic spraying and curing at normal temperature to obtain coating with film thickness of 50-70 mu m.
