▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An inorganic coating-protected unitary graphene material product consists of layer(s) of unitary graphene material having two primary surfaces and an electrically non-conducting layer of inorganic coating deposited on primary surface(s). The unitary graphene material is obtained by heat-treating a graphene oxide gel at more than 100 degrees C, and contains chemically bonded graphene molecules or chemically-merged graphene planes having an inter-graphene spacing of 0.40 nm or less. USE - Inorganic coating-protected unitary graphene material product is used for concentrated photovoltaic cell (claimed) for generating electricity. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic coating-protected unitary graphene material product has high thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and tensile strength. The photovoltaic cell provided using inorganic coating-protected unitary graphene material product is economical and has reduced size and high efficiency.
