NOVELTY - The device has a mixing barrel (2) installed on a bracket (1) and a dispersing feeding mechanism for dispersing feeding operation of graphene raw material and solution. A vibration stirring mechanism (4) is linked with the dispersing feeding mechanism. A cleaning mechanism is provided with a water storage tank and a bottom plate (52). Two sides of the bracket are slidably mounted with a guide rod (54) through a spring (53). A lower end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the bottom plate. A water outlet end of a water pump is connected with a first conduit. A sliding cylinder (58) is sleeved with a water exchange ring. An end of a second conduit is communicated with the exchange water ring and a sprinkler. USE - Automatic stirring device for graphene production. ADVANTAGE - The device can effectively wash the mixture of the mixing barrel inner wall, performs scraping operation, prevents the adhesion of the mixture caused by the stirring device, and hinders the next stirring operation after the stirring operation is finished. The device dispersing, continuously and uniformly throws graphene raw material and solution, prevents a large amount of raw material in short time, that is convenient for subsequent stirring operation, and the vibration stirring mechanism works, improves the stirring effect and the stirring efficiency, and rotates and stirs mixture operation while vibrating and stirring.
