NOVELTY - Preparing air-permeable conductive hydrogel comprises using microneedle template method, comprises (i) introducing water-based graphene into mixed solution of deionized water and dimethyl sulfoxide and ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours to obtain aqueous-based graphene dispersion, in ratio of 3: 50-150: 100-300, (ii) introducing polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone to the above aqueous graphene dispersion, stirring at 70~110degrees Celsius until it melts and crosslinks, where mass ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone and the aqueous graphene dispersion is: 8-10:1:80-100, and stirring time is 1.5-13 hours, (iii) taking above cross-linked gel solution and pouring into a flat-bottomed container, placing tip of the microneedle template down at the bottom of the container, condense at -70-20degrees Celsius for 1-3 hours, and melting at room temperature, repeating freezing and thawing at least 3 times and taking out microneedle template. USE - The method is useful for preparing air-permeable conductive hydrogel comprises using microneedle template method. ADVANTAGE - The method has better ventilation effect, simple preparation technique, easy operation, clean and environment-friendly, economical, wide adaptability, and can control the diameter of the ventilation hole by selecting the micro-needles with different diameters to control the ventilation property.
