Isopropyl is added to the precipitates alcohol aqueous solution, nano graphene, dehydroabietic acid (2-acryloyloxyethyl) ester, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and azobisisobutyronitrile under high-speed stirring at 70-80 degrees C under nitrogen centrifuge for 30-50 minutes to remove supernatant, and then washed the precipitate and dried to obtain the pre-prepared dispersant. The polypropylene, ethylene octene copolymer, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, and nano mica powder, preformed dispersant, antioxidant, and zinc stearate are stirred and cooled at 190-200 degrees C to obtain the protective layer pad for concrete poles.
