NOVELTY - Preparing a protective layer cushion block for concrete electric pole involves stirring gamma -aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane, nano mica powder and ethanol solution to obtain pretreated nano mica powder, and then mixing the aniline trimer, stannous octoate, toluene, add caprolactone under nitrogen protection at 110-120 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and then precipitating with ethanol. Isopropyl is added to the precipitates alcohol aqueous solution, nano graphene, dehydroabietic acid (2-acryloyloxyethyl) ester, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and azobisisobutyronitrile under high-speed stirring at 70-80 degrees C under nitrogen centrifuge for 30-50 minutes to remove supernatant, and then washed the precipitate and dried to obtain the pre-prepared dispersant. The polypropylene, ethylene octene copolymer, polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, and nano mica powder, preformed dispersant, antioxidant, and zinc stearate are stirred and cooled at 190-200 degrees C to obtain the protective layer pad for concrete poles. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the protective layer cushion block for a concrete electric pole in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner.
