NOVELTY - Preparation of an organic/inorganic hybrid superhydrophobic superoleophilic antifouling coating involves mixing an alcohol dispersion of a fluoropolymer with an aqueous solution of an inorganic ceramic material, phase separating the inorganic ceramic material from the aqueous solution by induction of carboxylated carbon nanomaterial and coating the ceramic material with the fluoropolymer to form organic-inorganic hybrid emulsion, coating to form nano-rough structure through thermally induced phase separation treatment, melting the fluoropolymer, and partially transferring the fluoropolymer to the surface. USE - Preparation of organic/inorganic hybrid superhydrophobic superoleophilic antifouling coating used in oil well pipe surface. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the antifouling performance of the existing bionic superhydrophobic antifouling coating is reduced due to oil pollution or surface damage. In the two-step phase separation process, the lipophilic ceramic material and the hydrophobic fluoropolymer material in the coating are intertwined with each other, so that the prepared coating exhibits superhydrophobic properties and also has good lipophilic properties. Due to the excellent oil-water selectivity on the surface of the coating, it can selectively capture small-molecule oils in the produced fluid or oilfield sewage, forming a stable oil film on the coating surface.
