NOVELTY - A graphene multilayer stacking transfer method involves taking transfer target substrate, coating with elastic transparent coating comprising polydimethyl siloxane, phenyl siloxane and its copolymer, methyl methacrylate acrylate copolymers, polyurethane or polypropylene oxide, forming target substrate/elastic transparent coating, carrying out rolling method under 0.1-0.6 MPa at 50-130 degrees C, growing graphene with copper foil, obtaining composite structure, forming target base, elastic transparent coating, graphite growing substrate and copper foil, and obtaining composite structure 2. USE - Graphene multilayer stacking transfer method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has improved electrical property uniformity and stability.
