NOVELTY - Preparing starch-based film comprises (i) mixing catecholamine-type substance solution and graphene dispersion to react, completing reaction, centrifuging and washing, and freeze-drying to obtain graphene-catecholamine-type composite powder, (ii) dispersing graphene-type catecholamine compound powder in water, adding metal ion solution to react, completing reaction, centrifugal washing, freeze-drying to obtain metal ion-modified graphene-catecholamine-type composite powder, (3) dispersing metal ion-modified graphene-catecholamine composite powder in water to obtain dispersion, uniformly mixing dispersion liquid and starch gelatinization solution to obtain film-forming liquid, and (iv) preparing film-forming solution by casting method to obtain mechanically enhanced starch-based film with near-infrared photothermal effect. USE - The method is useful in preparing starch-based film for packaging material, degradable material and medical material, and in field of preparing food, medicine, medical device, agricultural products or textiles (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has near-infrared photothermal effect, 63 MPa mechanical tensile strength, and excellent light-to-heat conversion performance.
