▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Polymerizing graphene/nano-calcium carbonate/vinyl chloride terpolymer resin suspension, comprises (i) dissolving intercalation agent in deionized water, stirring graphene and nano-calcium carbonate, ultrasonically treating, heating, and adding emulsified micelle protection agent and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether aqueous solution; and (ii) adding deionized water, stirring dispersing agent and pH buffering agent, adding in-situ polymerization grade graphene and nano-calcium carbonate micro-emulsion, adding vinyl chloride monomer and initiator, polymerizing, and centrifugally drying. USE - The method is useful for polymerizing graphene/nano-calcium carbonate/vinyl chloride terpolymer resin suspension (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product with high mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polymerizing graphene/nano-calcium carbonate/vinyl chloride terpolymer resin suspension, comprises (i) adding 100 ml deionized water into a flask, adding 1-10 g intercalation agent, completely dissolving, adding 4-50 g graphene and 50-250 g nano-calcium carbonate, dispersing, and stirring for 15 minutes, ultrasonically treating the mixture for 15-30 minutes, under ultrasonic power of more than 500 watts, and heating at 70 degrees C, adding 5-100 g emulsified micelle protection agent, and adding 400 ml hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether aqueous solution of concentration 2%, completely stirring, and ultrasonically treating under ultrasonic power of more than 500 watts, and processing for 60-120 minutes, to obtain in-situ polymerization grade graphene and nano-calcium carbonate micro-emulsion; and (ii) adding 10 kg deionized water into 20 l stainless steel reaction kettle, starting the stirring process, adding a dispersing agent and a pH buffering agent, and then adding the micro-emulsion, and stirring for 30 minutes, replacing air in the reaction kettle with nitrogen, adding 5000 g vinyl chloride monomer, stirring for 60 minutes, adding an initiator, starting polymerization reaction at 56.5 degrees C for 3-4 hours, and adding a polymerization terminating agent, and terminating the reaction by reducing pressure, and discharging, and centrifugally drying the slurry, to obtain the terpolymer resin.
