NOVELTY - Foot drop orthosis comprises a first part (10) for supporting a rear section of the ankle; a second part (20) for supporting the sole; and a third part which connects the first part and the second part and has a structure surrounding the inversion and eversion of the foot. A first opening (12), through which a portion of the rear section of the ankle is exposed, is formed in the first part, and a second opening (32), through which the heel is exposed, is formed in the third part (30). USE - The foot drop orthosis is useful for alleviating walking disabilities that are due to foot drop symptoms. ADVANTAGE - The foot drop orthosis has a mechanical structure, which can help natural walk by having a dynamic effect similar to normal walking as possible by the maximum torque applied to a knee joint and an ankle joint in a support of a walking cycle and support weight and assist walking along a movement path of a center of pressure of the foot.
