NOVELTY - The energy generation system comprises an element for capturing and transforming external light into electricity based on the use of a layer of doped graphene (1), an electrical management unit (2) connected to the external light capture and transformation element and connected to backup battery (3), a generator (4) that is used to provide the necessary current for a hydrolysis machine (5) connected to the generator for receiving the energy from the generator, a hydrogen tank (6) connected to the hydrolysis machine by a hydrogen pressure pump (13), and a fuel cell or hydrogen cell (8) that is connected to the hydrogen and oxygen tanks (7). The water tank (9) is connected on one side to the hydrogen cell by water recovery pump (10) that allows the water generated to be carried to the water tank, which in turn is connected to the hydrolysis machine by a water supply pump (11) to which it supplies the water. USE - Energy generation system with a generation source based on a fuel cell for a vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The energy generation system does not require external energy or fuel supply for a long period of time, so it is self-sufficient or autonomous, and capable of generating the energy necessary for its consumption from the energy captured by the graphene sheets.
