▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Composite catalyst comprises a composite carrier and precious metals loaded on the surface of the composite carrier. The composite carrier includes graphene and tin dioxide coated on the surface of the graphene. The noble metals include platinum and/or palladium. USE - Composite catalyst is used in electrocatalytic oxidation of ethanol (claimed) in fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The composite catalyst solves the problem that the ethanol electrooxidation performance in the direct ethanol fuel cell is easily attenuated in the cycle process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the composite catalyst.
