▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Air purification material comprises laminated ceramic foam, and graphene-modified titanium dioxide which is supported on the foam ceramic, where the loading amount of the graphene-modified titanium dioxide is 1-20 %mass. USE - The air purification material is used for large air volume organic waste gas treatment. ADVANTAGE - The air purification material achieves the purpose of purifying the air by loading graphene-modified titanium dioxide on the foamed ceramics, utilizes the excellent conductivity of graphene to greatly reduce the recombination rate of photogenerated electrons, improves the catalytic activity and light energy utilization rate, decomposes organic waste gas such as nitrogen oxides, sulfides, benzene, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene, removes microbial pollutants, has characteristics of long-lasting effect, low maintenance and repair costs, long operating life, and wide applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the air purification material, involving (i) preparing the graphene to obtain a suspension, mixing with acidified titanium dioxide, drying, sintering at 500-700 degrees C and grinding into powder to obtain graphene-modified titanium dioxide, and (ii) adding 1-10% calcium carbonate and graphene-modified titanium dioxide into foam ceramic raw material, sequentially increasing the temperature to 500-600 degrees C at a heating rate of 40-60 degrees C/hour, maintaining for 2-3 hour, heating at 1000 degrees C-1200 degrees C at a heating rate of 70-90 degrees C/hour, maintaining for 3-4 hour, and cooling to 20 degrees C-30 degrees C at a cooling rate of 80-100 degrees C/hour to obtain the product, (or) (a) preparing the graphene is obtain a suspension, mixing with acidified titanium dioxide, drying, sintering at 500-700 degrees C, grinding into powder to obtain graphene-modified titanium dioxide, (b) adding 1-10 wt.% calcium carbonate and n different mass fractions of the graphene-modified titanium dioxide to foam ceramic raw material to obtain n mixtures, (c) coating a layer of mixture on the substrate, increasing the temperature to 500-600 degrees C at a heating rate of 40-60 degrees C/hour, maintaining for 2-3 hour, heating at 1000-1200 degrees C at a heating rate of 70-90 degrees C/hour and maintaining for 3-4 hours, and reducing the temperature to 20-30 degrees C at a cooling rate of 80-100 degrees C/hour to obtain the first layer of composite material, and (d) sequentially coating the nth mixture on the n-1th layer composite material, and repeating the step (c) to prepare an air purification material, where the content of graphene-modified titanium dioxide in the n-1th layer composite material is less than the content of the graphene-modified titanium dioxide in the nth layer composite material.
