NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot/polypyrrole/gold nanoparticle/polyvinyl alcohol composite nano film involves (1) preparing graphene quantum dot by chemical method, (2) adding 20-50 mg graphene quantum dots, 70 mu L pyrrole, and 230 mg ammonium persulfate to 10-20 mL water, stirring at 0-4 degrees C for 24-48 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain polypyrrole-coated graphene quantum dot, (3) adding 10-20 mg polypyrrole-coated graphene quantum dot to 100 mL water containing surfactant, adding 1-2 mL gold perchloric acid solution having concentration of 10 mg/mL, stirring at 0-4 degrees C for 2 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain graphene quantum dot/polypyrrole/gold nanoparticle composite material, (4) and adding 20-40 mg graphene quantum dot/polypyrrole/gold nanoparticle composite material to 10-30 mL aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol having concentration of 10 mg/mL ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours, and spin-coating on surface of substrate at 2000-3000 rpm. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dot/polypyrrole/gold nanoparticle/polyvinyl alcohol composite nano film used as electroactive intermediate layer for constructing information storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanofilm prepared have excellent storage effect. The polypyrrole in the composite nanofilm effectively reduces aggregation of graphene quantum dots and gold nanoparticles. The graphene quantum dots and gold nanoparticles in nanofilm improve carrier transport ability. By controlling the content of polyvinyl alcohol in the composite nanofilm, the storage performance of memory device can be regulated.
