NOVELTY - Bio-degradable polyurethane synthetic leather base with dip-coating and water-wiping bottom blank, is claimed. The base cloth of the bottom blank is spunlace non-woven fabric blended by viscose and chinlon. The preparation of the bottom blank involves: impregnating base cloth, where the pre-impregnating material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. a bio-degradable polyurethane resin, 300- 400 pts. wt. dimethyl formamide and 5-10 pts. wt. ultrafine graphene; coating slurry with bio-degradable polyurethane resin on the pre-impregnated base cloth; solidifying the bio-degradable polyurethane resin on the surface of the base cloth; washing the base cloth by clean water, and dimethyl formamide; preheating at 120-160°C; ironing, drying and shaping to obtain the bottom blank. USE - Bio-degradable polyurethane synthetic leather base with dip-coating and water-wiping bottom blank. ADVANTAGE - The method has the effects of reducing pollution to the surrounding environment and protecting the health of personnel.
