NOVELTY - Preparation of coating polyethylene geotextile wave-absorbing material involves (s1) preparing graphene oxide solution, stirring, pouring into a three-neck flask, stirring, heating, adding ascorbic acid and surfactant, pouring out the solution in the three-neck burn, leaving still, cooling, suction filtering, drying, grinding, bagging and labeling for later use, (s2) preparing a cloth, (s3) stirring polyurethane resin, adding graphene functional particles, adding thickener to obtain a material, stirring the raw materials, measuring the viscosity of the uniformly stirred coating, setting the thickness of the coating to be 0.8-1.2 mm, carrying out coating finishing on the base cloth prepared in the step (s2) by the coating prepared in the step (s3) on a coating machine, drying, taking out, and curing. USE - Preparation of coating polyethylene geotextile wave-absorbing material for buildings (claimed), airports and marine applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides wave-absorbing material with excellent chemical property, physical property and hydraulic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of coating polyethylene geotextile wave-absorbing material involves (s1) preparing graphene oxide solution, uniformly stirring, pouring into a three-neck flask, stirring, heating, rising temperature of the graphene oxide solution to 70-100℃, sequentially adding ascorbic acid and surfactant, keeping the temperature for 3 hours, pouring out the solution in the three-neck burn, leaving still, cooling, suction filtering, drying, grinding the prepared graphene to 60-90 μm, bagging and labeling for later use, (s2) preparing a cloth, flatly fixing the cloth on a needle plate frame of a coating machine, adjusting the cloth to a specific tension, (s3) stirring polyurethane resin at a low speed of about 600 rpm, slowly adding graphene functional particles in small amounts, adding thickener to obtain a material, stirring the raw materials at high speed of about 2000 rpm for 40 minutes to ensure uniform mixing, measuring the viscosity of the uniformly stirred coating, setting the thickness of the coating to be 0.8-1.2 mm, carrying out coating finishing on the base cloth prepared in the step (s2) by the coating prepared in the step (s3) on a coating machine, drying for 10 minutes at 80-100℃ using oven, taking out, and curing at room temperature for 24 hours. In the step (s2), if the viscosity of the uniformly stirred coating does not reach the specified range of 20000-40000 mPa.second, adding a thickening agent in a small amount under a low-speed of about 600 rpm stirring state until the viscosity reaches the standard to obtain the required coating.
