NOVELTY - A luminous printing ink comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene/filler mixed material, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene/red fluorescent powder/silica composite material, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene/long afterglow fluorescent powder composite material, 40-50 pts. wt. organic resin, 5-20 pts. wt. organic solvent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.5-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent. USE - Luminous printing ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The Luminous printing ink has excellent quality and performance, improves luminous intensity, luminous uniformity, afterglow time, ink workability and storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of luminous printing ink, which involves adding 1 g graphene to 100 ml deionized water, stirring at 800-1000 kW, centrifuging at 500-800 rpm for 180-200 minutes to obtain long afterglow fluorescent powder, adding 25-100 g long afterglow fluorescent powder to 500 ml deionized water, dispersing at 1000-1200 kW and at 800-1000 rpm for 240-300 minutes, dripping graphene dispersion liquid slowly, ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes, suction filtering, drying, heating under vacuum at 1050 degrees C for 30 minutes, preferably at 1250 degrees C for 60 minutes to obtain graphene/long afterglow fluorescent powder composite material, mixing graphene/kaolin/silica composite filler and graphene/calcium carbonate/silica composite filler, ultrasonically vibrating at 500-800 KW, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm, adding 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, mixing for 90-120 minutes to obtain solution (A), ultrasonically vibrating graphite/red fluorescent powder/silica composite material at 500 to 800 KW, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm by adding deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes to obtain solution (B), ultrasonically vibrating graphene/long afterglow fluorescent powder composite material at 500 to 800 KW, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm by adding deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes to obtain solution (C), mixing obtained solution (A, B and C)at 200-400 KW and at 500-800 rpm, adding organic resin, organic solvent and dispersant, stirring, adding anti-settling agent, stirring at high speed at 60 degrees C for 30 minutes, and filtering.
