▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device (310) has a substrate layer (314) comprising first substrate i.e. organic LED, that is attached to a product (318). A graphene layer (312) comprises a continuous graphene sheet that is made of a monolayer of covalently-bonded carbon atoms, and forms a contrasting pattern with respect to exposed substrate area from the substrate layer in response to exposure to verification stimulus (320). A protective coating layer (316) forms protective barrier surrounding the graphene layer, and enhances contrast of the graphene layer. Second substrate is embedded within the first substrate. USE - Multilayered security device for verifying a product. ADVANTAGE - The device allows graphene patterns to be made visible in a visible light spectrum due to optical properties of graphene coupled with index of refraction of the substrates of the device, thus allowing a unique barcode to be photographed by a low-resolution digital camera, while allowing light transmitted through the substrate to enhance contrast in low lighting situations. The graphene layer avoids contamination and damage. The protective coating layer allows the graphene layer to be visible when exposed to a light source or provide minimal interference with the verification stimulus or a capture device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a multilayered security device (2) a method for verifying a product using a multilayered security device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic block diagram of a system for verifying authenticity of a multilayered security device.
