▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A light emitting element consists of mutually opposing electrodes (A) and (B), a light emitting layer provided between the electrodes and containing quantum dots, a hole transport region provided between the electrode (A) and the emission layer, an electron transport region provided between the emission layer and the electrode (B), and a thin film doped layer provided between electron transport region and the electrode (B), or between the electrode (A) and the hole transport region. The electrode (A) and/or (B) has a multilayer structure including an upper electrode, a lower electrode, and a thin film electrode insertion layer provided between the upper and lower electrodes. The thin film doped layer is different from an adjacent electron transport region and the hole transport region. The thin film electrode insertion layer is different from the upper electrode and the lower electrode. USE - Light emitting element for flat panel display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The light emitting element has high resolution, and can minimize voltage drop of electrode. The electrode has high transmittance and low resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for flat panel display.
