▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-lubricating composite material comprises (i) placing porous cermet sintered body in the graphene dispersion liquid for vacuum impregnation to obtain the impregnated body A, and taking out impregnated body A and drying to obtain the impregnated body, and placing impregnated body B in a graphene/polytetrafluoroethylene composite dispersion liquid for vacuum dipping to obtain an impregnated body C, and taking out impregnated body C and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing self-lubricating composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polytetrafluoroethylene composite solid lubricant is uniformly filled in the micropores of the porous metal ceramic sintered body, and the graphene is uniformly dispersed in the polytetrafluoroethylene, and under the action of frictional thermal stress, and graphene/polytetrafluoroethylene is precipitated along the pores to the friction surface to realize its self-lubricating compensation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for self-lubricating composite material obtained by the above method.
