▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant refractory brick comprises 15-30 pts. wt. corundum powder, 20-40 pts. wt. zirconia fine powder, 3-10 pts. wt. alumina fine powder, 6-12 pts. wt. silicon carbide fine powder, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. fluorite powder, 2-6 pts. wt. silica powder, 2-5 pts. wt. refractory clay, 3-8 pts. wt. organic fiber, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. binder, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 2-6 pts. wt. blowing agent and 40-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Corrosion-resistant refractory brick. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion-resistant refractory brick is anti-fire resistant brick slag, has strong alkali metal corrosion resistance, and good performance, abrasion resistance and heat insulation performance, and has good high-temperature volume stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing corrosion-resistant refractory brick, which involves: (A) weighing corundum powder, zirconium oxide powder, alumina micro powder, silicon carbide powder, graphite, fluorite powder, silica powder and fireproof clay, crushing into 200- 300 meshes of fine powder to obtain mixed powder,; (B) adding mixed material into deionized water, and adding bonding agent, water reducing agent, organic fiber, mixing them uniformly to obtain slurry; (C) weighing foaming agent in proportion of 10-15:1 to obtain foam with water; (D) foaming slurry to obtain the foam mixing uniformly, and injecting into a mold casting into brick blank; (E) drying the brick blank, and then putting into high temperature furnace; and (F) sintering to obtain anti-corrosion resistant fireproof brick.
