NOVELTY - The detector has a support substrate (1) on which aluminum gallium nitride layer (2) and graphene layer (3) are formed in order. Electrodes (4) are arranged in respective ends of graphene layer, and electrode leads (5) are arranged on electrodes via bonding. USE - Wavelength tunable UV detector. ADVANTAGE - The UV detector having high efficient UV light absorption property enables rapid immigration and rapid transfer of substrate.
