NOVELTY - The electrolytic battery has an insulator (2) that is installed inside a container (1) in the middle longitudinally, allowing the container to be divided in two cavities such as a first cavity and a second cavity. A bar (5) is installed on the inner periphery of each of the cavities of the container. A negative conductor (13) is connected by an oppressor (10) to a plate (9) of the second cavity. A negative terminal (14) is connected to the oppressor of the plate of the first cavity. A lid is installed in the upper portion of the container. A filling hole is installed in the upper portion of the lid. A hole (17) is in the upper portion of the insulator. A plug is installed on top of the filling tube. A cover is installed in the middle portion of the outer periphery of the container. The insulator is made of polymer. The bar is made of graphite or graphene. USE - Electrolytic battery for generating electrical power by using electrolytic solution such as seawater. ADVANTAGE - An ultra-thin flexible graphite paper rolled material is used to prepare the current collector, so that the continuous production of electrode plates can be realized. The cover is made of an insulating material, and is installed in the middle portion of the outer periphery of the container, configured to cover and isolate from the outside the fastening unit, the positive conductor and the negative conductor.
