NOVELTY - Graphene-based pressure-sensitive electric film comprises graphene electric film and insulating protective layer coated on upper and lower sides of graphene electric film. The graphene gel is heated at high temperature under inert atmosphere. The obtained graphene is cooled. The graphene gel is heated at 500-800 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours at 0.1-1 degrees C/minute rate, then at 1000-1300 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours at 1-3 degrees C/minute rate, and then at 2000-3000 degrees C for 0.5-4 hours at 5-8 degrees C/minute rate. USE - Graphene-based pressure-sensitive electric film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based pressure-sensitive electric film is prepared in simple manner and suitable for large scale production, and consumes less energy, and has excellent pressure-sensitive property.
