▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-carbon nanotube conductive spray comprises 550-1200 pts. wt. solvent, 60-120 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 0.1-6 pts. wt. anti-aging auxiliary agent. USE - The spray is useful for contact part of wire clamp of live working robot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The spray: prevents the surface of the electrical connection fittings from being damaged by continuous temperature rise and heating; has performance that the contact resistance decreases when the ambient temperature rises; has simple preparation method, strong operability, and stable conductive liquid material system, and low viscosity, is suitable for spraying by pressure spray cans; has convenient construction, and uniform distribution on the surface of the fittings; and improves the safety and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-carbon nanotube conductive spray, comprising (i) dispersing graphene, carbon nanotubes, silane coupling agent, anti-aging additive and solvent for 1-15 minutes under the condition of 800-3000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain semi-finished product dispersion, (ii) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion of the above-mentioned semi-finished product dispersion for 15-60 minutes to obtain dispersion, (iii) adding silicone oil to the dispersion and dispersing for 10-20 minutes under the condition of 800-3000 rpm to obtain conductive liquid material, and(iv) pouring spray liquid material into the sprinkler irrigation at room temperature, removing the air, and pressing the propellant into the spray to obtain spray.
