NOVELTY - Isolating and dispersing agent, prepared by mixing the micronized fluorine-containing resin, polyethylene glycol, and microcrystalline paraffin at a high speed and stirring uniformly, and then dry grinding with the micronized compound. The micronized fluorine-containing resin is obtained by dry-grinding the fluorine-containing resin. The micronized composite is obtained by dry grinding of sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin and sodium tripolyphosphate. The fluorine-containing resin comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, and/or polyvinylidene fluoride. The number average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is 1500-2000. USE - The isolating and dispersing agent is useful for preventing graphene agglomeration. ADVANTAGE - The isolating and dispersing agent: has both the dispersing and isolating of graphene powder, and can better inhibit the agglomeration of graphene in the powder state during application, and ensures that the graphene, and has excellent dispersibility during storage and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the isolating and dispersing agent comprising (1) adding the sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin, sodium tripolyphosphate into the ball mill, using spherical zirconium oxide as grinding medium, and dry grinding uniformly to obtain the micronized compound, (ii) adding the fluorine-containing resin into the ball mill, using spherical zirconium oxide as grinding medium, and then performing dry grinding treatment, obtaining micro-thinning fluorine-containing resin, and (iii) micronizing the fluorine-containing resin and polyethylene glycol, microcrystalline wax into high speed stirrer, the temperature is controlled at 50-60degrees Celsius, then high speed stirring uniformly, then naturally cooling to room temperature, grinding uniformly with the obtained micronized compound in the dry state of the ball mill, to obtain an isolating dispersant for preventing graphene agglomeration; and (2) use of the isolating and dispersing agent for preventing graphene agglomeration comprising mixing the isolation dispersant with graphene in the mass ratio of 30- 60:1-2, where the speed is controlled at 1100-1300 rotations/minute (rpm), the temperature is controlled at 50-60degrees Celsius, dispersed for 10-20 minutes, and storing under natural cooling to achieve the purpose of preventing graphene from agglomerating.
