NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide material for polyurethane material comprises e.g. placing the graphite powder into mixed acid solution, agitating and mixing to obtain the first suspension, adding first suspension into the parallel electric field, adding potassium permanganate powder, heating and stirring to obtain the second suspension, cooling the second suspension to the room temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide solution and hydrochloric acid solution to obtain a third suspension, washing the third suspension with de-ionized water, filtering, adding 50% ethanol aqueous solution to disperse, obtaining fourth suspension, adding modifier, heating in the fourth suspension liquid, reacting to obtain the fifth suspension, washing fifth suspension with de-ionized water, centrifugally separating to obtain the precipitate, vacuum drying the precipitate under the condition of constant temperature, obtaining the modified graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene oxide material for polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide material has better compatibility with the polyurethane material, and can significantly improve each performance of polyurethane material, which is suitable for more fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene oxide material for polyurethane material comprises (i) placing the graphite powder into mixed acid solution, agitating and mixing to obtain the first suspension, (ii) adding first suspension into the parallel electric field, adding potassium permanganate powder, heating and stirring to obtain the second suspension, (iii) cooling the second suspension to the room temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide solution and hydrochloric acid solution to obtain a third suspension, (iv) washing the third suspension with de-ionized water, filtering, adding 50% ethanol aqueous solution to disperse, obtaining fourth suspension, (v) adding modifier, heating in the fourth suspension liquid, reacting to obtain the fifth suspension, (vi) washing fifth suspension with de-ionized water, centrifugally separating to obtain the precipitate, and (vii) vacuum drying the precipitate under the condition of constant temperature, obtaining the modified graphene oxide, where the mixed acid solution is 45-55% sulfuric acid solution and nitric acid solution, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution is 1.8 mol/l, the concentration of hydrochloric acid solution is 1.2 mol/l, the modifier is mixture of amino acid, dimethylformamide, sodium and quaternary ammonium salt. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified graphene oxide material for polyurethane material.
