NOVELTY - Preparing active zinc oxide involves placing the nitric acid solution in a stirred tank, and then gradually adding the sulfuric acid solution dropwise, stirring while dropping, after the dropwise addition is complete, heating to 50-55 degrees C, and keep holding the temperature and continue stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a mixed acid solution. The graphene is dispersed into the mixed acid solution prepared above, and adjusted the temperature to 65-68 degrees C. The ultrasonic vibration is performed for 8-10 hours, then performed suction filtration, washed with clean water to neutral, and dried to constant weight to obtain mixed acid-treated graphene. The mixed acid-treated graphene is added to the zinc salt solution and stirred at 1500 revolutions/minute for 40 minutes to obtain the zinc salt dispersion. The zinc salt dispersion is added to the ethanol aqueous solution, stirred uniformly, then added glycerol. USE - Method for preparing active zinc oxide for improving the mechanical properties of styrene-butadiene rubber. ADVANTAGE - The active zinc oxide prepared by the method has a higher specific surface area, better activity, and good crystallization performance, and there is no obvious microporous structure on the crystal surface, which greatly improves its application field, and can better improve the mechanical properties of rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing active zinc oxide involves placing the nitric acid solution in a stirred tank, and then gradually adding the sulfuric acid solution dropwise, stirring while dropping, after the dropwise addition is complete, heating to 50-55 degrees C, and keep holding the temperature and continue stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a mixed acid solution. The zinc salt dispersion is added to the ethanol aqueous solution, stirred uniformly, then added glycerol, and continue to stirred for 40 minutes to obtain a mixed dispersion. The mixed dispersion is heated, and when heated to 60-70 degrees C, added sodium hydroxide solution dropwise, added dropwise while stirring, and then continue to stirred and reacted for 8-9 hours, and carried out suction filtration and washed with clean water to neutrality to obtain a mixed reactant. The mixed reactants are added to the horse boiling furnace, calcined in an inert atmosphere for 1-1.5 hours, and then naturally cooled to room temperature.
