DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for producing conductive graphene polyester fibers, which involves: (A) preparing a graphene powder dispersion liquid; (B) dispersing graphene powder in an aqueous solution containing sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate; (C) adding 4-7% dispersant and adjusting the temperature to 45-50 degrees C; and (D) stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a polystyrene powder dispersion.
