▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide reinforced polyvinyl chloride/chlorinated polyethylene composite pipe comprises polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyethylene and graphene oxide where graphene oxide is surface-treated with coupling agent, the polyvinyl chloride/chlorinated polyethylene is used as composite substrate, and graphene as composite pipe reinforcing agent. USE - Graphene oxide reinforced polyvinyl chloride/chlorinated polyethylene composite pipe. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide reinforced polyvinyl chloride/chlorinated polyethylene composite pipe comprising: (A) adding concentrated sulfuric acid to the reactor, controlling temperature at 0-3 degrees C, adding solid mixture of graphite powder and sodium nitrate, adding potassium permanganate at 10-20 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, heating at 30-40 degrees C, reacting for 25-45 minutes, adding deionized water, mixing for 15-30 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide, reacting for 10-20 minutes until liquid becomes bright yellow, filtering reaction solution, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide; (B) adding graphene oxide and coupling agent to continuous powder surface modification machine, mixing at speed of 1200 revolutions/minute for 20 minutes, adding surface modified graphene oxide, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyethylene and additives to a high speed mixer, stirring at speed of 1000 revolutions/minute, mixing at 70-110 degrees C for 20 minutes, low speed stirring for 10 minutes and cooling; and (C) adding mixture to twin-screw extruder, extruding at170-200 degrees C with speed of 15-30 revolutions/minute, vacuum sizing, spray cooling, molding and cutting to a fixed-length.
