NOVELTY - A dye-sensitized solar cell includes: a first transparent substrate; a substrate, which is a second transparent substrate or a metal substrate; a graphene transparent conductive film formed below the first transparent substrate; a working electrode formed below the first graphene transparent conductive film; a graphene transparent electrode formed on the substrate; and a photo-sensitizing agent and an electrolyte filled between the working electrode and the graphene transparent electrode.
