NOVELTY - A foamed graphene lithium-sulfur battery positive pole piece preparing method involves adding oxidized graphite and polypropylene to ball mill to obtain mixture. The mixture is added with mixed solution of ethanol and water to form a suspension. Foamed nickel is immersed in suspension, placed in muffle furnace and cooled. The resultant material is immersed in hydrochloric acid to obtain foamed graphene, followed by applying elemental sulfur powder on the surface of the foamed graphene, placing in a sealed container at 120-180 degrees C, cooling and roller-pressing to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing foamed graphene lithium-sulfur battery positive pole piece. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing foamed graphene lithium-sulfur battery positive pole piece in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A foamed graphene lithium-sulfur battery positive pole piece preparing method involves adding oxidized graphite and polypropylene to ball mill for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixture. The mixture is added with mixed solution of ethanol and water to form a suspension with a concentration of 1-20 g/l. Foamed nickel is immersed in suspension for 10-60 minutes, subjected for evaporating the solvent, placed in muffle furnace at 800-1100 degrees C for 1-10 hours under hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas protection and cooled naturally after reaction completed to obtain a resultant material. The resultant material is immersed in 1-3 mol/l hydrochloric acid, reacted at 60-80 degrees C for 5-10 hours to obtain foamed graphene, followed by applying elemental sulfur powder on the surface of the foamed graphene, placing in a sealed container at 120-180 degrees C for 1-5 hours, cooling and roller-pressing to obtain the finished product.
