NOVELTY - The method for preparing a flexible temperature sensor with definite temperature characteristics, involves: putting a conductive filler powder and a stabilizer powder into a dispersant and mixing evenly, putting the mixture into an ultrasonic oscillator, making it fully shake at low temperature, and mixing evenly to obtain a mixture A; adding polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer to the mixture A, carrying out ultrasonic vibration at low temperature, and mixing uniformly to obtain mixture B; adding polydimethylsiloxane curing agent to the mixture B, continuously carrying out ultrasonic vibration at low temperature, and mixing evenly to obtain mixture C; putting the mixture C into a vacuum chamber for vacuum treatment to remove air bubbles and volatile dispersants and solvents; and sucking the mixture C that has been vacuumized with a straw, and dropping on a cleaned copper foil electrode, and putting into a vacuum chamber together with the copper foil electrode for curing.
