NOVELTY - The method involves forming upper and lower aluminum alloy layers and a middle graphene-carbon fiber film layer. Graphene oxide solution is prepared using crystalline flake graphite as a raw material. A carbon fiber and the graphene oxide solution are uniformly mixed with each other by a solid-liquid dispersing device. The graphene oxide solution is filtered to form a graphene oxide-carbon fiber film. Two sides of the graphite are adhered with aluminum alloy with a high heat conducting double-sided adhesive tape to perform compound press forming process. USE - Method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy/graphene-carbon fiber film composite plate utilized for a refrigerator. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving freezing speed to realize uniform food frozen function, simplifying manufacturing process, reducing cost for manufacturing an aluminum alloy/graphene-carbon fiber film composite plate, improving use rate in a convenient manner and industrial productivity efficiency.
