NOVELTY - Preparation of highly conductive graphene composite aluminum alloy involves (S11) taking graphene and atomized aluminum powder, ball milling with a ball mill, and immersing the ball with liquid nitrogen during ball milling, (S12) vacuum drying the mixed powder obtained from (S11), (S13) taking the aluminum material and melt it under the mixed gas of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, (S14) taking the dry mixed powder obtained in (S12), adding to the molten aluminum obtained in (S13) and mixing, (S15) passing in the mixed gas of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and (S16) preparing an aluminum alloy ingot. USE - Preparation of highly conductive graphene composite aluminum alloy used for cables. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of high-conductivity graphene composite aluminum alloy with high strength and high conductivity.
