NOVELTY - Electrochemical device comprises a positive electrode (40), a negative electrode (30), a separator (10), a binding layer (20), and a lithium compound layer, where the negative electrode comprises a negative electrode active material layer (302). The separator is disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, where the binding layer is disposed between the negative electrode active material layer and the separator. The lithium compound layer is disposed between the binding layer and the negative electrode active material layer. The lithium compound layer comprises lithium carbonate and lithium oxide. USE - Electrochemical device i.e. lithium ion battery used in electronic device e.g. mobile phone, flat, notebook computer and unmanned aerial vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical device exhibits a higher energy density, a greater magnification, higher safety and less capacity attenuation after repeated charging and discharging process. The bonding layer is set between the lithium compound layer and the isolation film, which can effectively improve the bonding force between the cathode and isolation film.
