NOVELTY - The method involves forming the graphene layer (120) on a substrate. The protection layer (130) and adhesive layer are formed on the graphene layer. The substrate is removed. The graphene layer is positioned on the transferring substrate. The adhesive and protection layers are removed from the graphene layer. The solution containing the deionized water, isopropyl alcohol, ethanol, methanol and mineral oil is coated on the transferring substrate. The protection layer is selected from the polymethyl methacrylate, silicon and aluminum oxides. USE - Method of transferring larger-sized graphene used in electric circuit. ADVANTAGE - The time required to etch the center portion of graphene is reduced, by removing the adhesive and protection layers from the graphene layer.
