NOVELTY - Low-polarity friction automobile dermis comprises two layers of coating. The first surface coating is in contact with the leather surface and the second surface coating is covered on the first surface coating. The first surface coating including 20-25 pts. wt. polyurethane, 1-4 pts. wt. silicone powder, 5-10 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 1-2 pts. wt. diluent, 3 pts. wt. aziridine cross-linking agent and the second surface coating including 20-25 pts. wt. modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 15-20 pts. wt. fluorine-containing polyurethane, 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated silicone resin, 1 pts. wt. amino-terminated silicone resin and 2 pts. wt. aziridine cross-linking agent. USE - Used as low-polarity friction automobile dermis. ADVANTAGE - The dermis: solves the problem that the traditional dermis chair is prone to abnormal noise, easy to get dirty and poor touch when rubbing; utilizes the polycarbonate polyurethane in the first surface coating to improve the feel of genuine leather and reduces frictional resistance and improves the abrasion resistance and ultraviolet resistance of the coating by adding zinc oxide to the second surface coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing low-polarity friction automobile dermis comprising (a) manufacturing automobile dermis, dehairing, tanning, dying the animal fur and cutting to obtain the wrapper material of the dermis chair, (b) protecting the surface of the wrapper; soaking the wrapper in the protective liquid for 4- 8 hours, making the dermis absorb fat, softening, (c) spraying the first surface coating, spraying acetone solution on the dermis surface, washing the surface sebum then coating on the processed dermis surface, uniformly covering the first surface coating material on the dermis, controlling the drying temperature at 110-130℃ for 1-2 minutes and (d) spraying the second surface coating, after solidifying and drying the first surface coating material, evenly covering the second surface coating material on the dermis surface and controlling the drying temperature at 150-160℃ for 1-2 minutes to obtain low-polarity friction automobile dermis.
