▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rubber compound comprises hybrid carbon black grade comprising (i) at least one carbon black, filler 1, having iodine adsorption number of 25-166 mg/g, nitrogen surface area of 19-155 m2/g, oil absorption number of 65-140 ml/100 g, and (ii) at least one nano-structured carbon, reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and filler 2, where the weight of filler 2 in hybrid carbon black grade is 3-10 wt.% of the hybrid carbon black grade. USE - The rubber compound is useful in hybrid carbon black grade for manufacturing tire tread, tire side wall, tire body component, wire and cable, hose, seal, gasket, engine mount, automotive components, electrically conducting rubber component and thermally conducting rubber component. ADVANTAGE - The rubber compound has improved mechanical, dynamic mechanical and heat build up properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing rubber compound comprising providing the hybrid carbon black grade comprising the steps of providing selectively co-acting combination of (ii) at least one carbon black, filler 1 having iodine adsorption number from about 25-166 mg/g, nitrogen surface area of 19-155 m2/g, oil absorption number from about 65-140 ml/100 g, and (ii) at least one nano-structured carbon and filler 2, where the weight of filler 2 in hybrid carbon black grade varying of 3.85-10 wt.% of the hybrid carbon black grade; and (2) hybrid carbon black grade comprising (i) at least one carbon black, filler 1, having iodine adsorption number of 25-166 mg/g, nitrogen surface area of 19-155 m2/g, oil absorption number of 65-140 ml/100 g, and (ii) at least one nano-structured carbon, rGO and filler 2, where the weight of filler 2 in hybrid carbon black grade is 3-10 wt.% of the hybrid carbon black grade.
