NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene fiber, involves preparing rod-shaped zinc oxide, dissolving bismuth nitrate pentahydrate with potassium chloride, bromide or iodide in ethylene glycol, stir-mixing, adding rod-shaped zinc oxide, ultrasonically processing for 1-3 hours at room temperature, transferring to a high-pressure PTFE-lined reaction kettle to 60-80% of reactor volume, reacting at 140-200degrees Celsius for 6-18 hours, centrifuging, collecting the white precipitate, washing alternately with water and absolute ethanol, drying at 60-95degrees Celsius for 24-48 hours to obtain rod-shaped zinc oxide/bismuth oxyhalide composite, adding the composite and graphene to synthetic fiber raw material, mixing, adding to a melting extruder, melting and extruding into fibers, and cooling. USE - Preparation of graphene fiber (claimed) for double efficient removal of formaldehyde. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene fiber having excellent visible-light photocatalytic activity.
