▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heating film by water transfer printing comprises (1) uniformly dispersing light curing viscosity of the resin aliphatic modified epoxy acrylate and curing agent, and scraping resulting composite onto release paper coated with polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion to form a film kind of composite membrane, the raw materials are 40-50 pts. wt. aliphatic modified epoxy acrylate and 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent, (2) electrostatic spraying of graphene powder on the surface of obtained composite film, and rolling by a mirror roller, so that the graphene powder is embedding on surface of the composite film, (3) sticking surface of the composite film with graphene micro powder on the water surface, dissolving release paper, maintaining water flow, and stretching and thinning graphene film floating on water surface by flow of water, and (4) sticking polyimide film on water surface, transferring graphene obtained film onto polyimide film, and curing under ultraviolet light. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heating film by water transfer printing. ADVANTAGE - The film: is economical, environmentally friendly, has superior heating performance, good heating uniformity, and enough strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene heating film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of preparing graphene heating film by water transfer printing (Drawing includes non-English language text).
