NOVELTY - A silver nano cluster logic gate constructing method involves contacting silver nanocluster and graphene oxide based on molecular logic gate after fluorescence quenching, hybridizing to form a double-chain principle of fluorescence recovery after chain is constructed. The relative value of the fluorescence intensity of silver nanoclusters is utilized as the basis for judging, when the relative fluorescence intensity is greater than 0.5, the output is 1, when the relative fluorescence intensity is less than 0.5, the output is 0, where the molecular logic gate includes OR logic gate and an Inhibit logic gate, and a cascade logic gate formed by connecting together and applied to the logic detection.
