NOVELTY - A durable thermally conductive paste comprises 40-80 parts mass modified acrylic resin, 30-50 parts mass epoxy resin, 1-5 parts mass curing agent, 0.5-2 parts mass curing accelerator, 0.5-2 parts mass antioxidant, 0.5-2 parts mass thixotropic agent, 5-20 parts mass thermal conductive particles and 0.2-1.5 parts mass graphene powder. USE - Durable thermally conductive paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paste is obtained with high durability, thermal conductivity and adhesive strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of thermal conductive paste, which involves adding modified acrylic resin, epoxy resin, thermal conductive particles, antioxidant and thixotropic agent in reactor, adding the graphene powder into the mixture, stirring and mixing, adding the curing agent and curing accelerator and mixing, and vacuum defoaming to obtain the durable thermal conductive paste.
