NOVELTY - Graphene-zirconium (Zr)-metal-organic framework (MOF) polydimethylsiloxane magnesium alloy surface anti-corrosion composite coating comprises graphene oxide, Zr-MOF and polydimethylsiloxane. USE - Anti-corrosion composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The magnesium alloy composite coating has good hydrophobic performance. The graphene/Zr-MOF powder dispersed in it is cross-linked with polydimethylsiloxane to form a network structure, which prevents the diffusion of the corrosive medium and greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing anti-corrosion composite coating on the surface of graphene-Zr-MOF-polydimethylsiloxane magnesium alloy, which involves preparing Zr-MOF powder; adding Zr-MOF powder and graphene oxide powder to polydimethylsiloxane in proportion, and stir to form a mixed solution; spin-coating the mixed solution on the surface of the magnesium alloy sample, leaving the magnesium alloy sample at room temperature and pressure for one day and drying at 150degreesC for 10 hours to obtain anti-corrosion composite coating.
