▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing metal single atom load type carbon-based electro-catalyst involves adding metal active precursor into reactor upstream, introducing nitrogen-doped carbon carrier or nitrogen-doped carbon carrier precursor into reactor downstream, introducing carrier gas to move carrier gas upstream from reactor downstream, and calcining to obtain carbon-based electro-catalyst. The metal active precursor is mixture of metal oxide powder and halide salt powder. USE - Method for preparing metal single atom load type carbon-based electro-catalyst as a cathode oxygen reduction reaction catalyst in the field of metal-air batteries or fuel cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses cheap metal oxide and halogenated salt as metal precursor raw material; the high temperature molten salt reacts with the oxide to form intermediate product with low melting point; effectively improving the emitting efficiency of metal oxide surface metal material; and uniformly riveting the surface of nitrogen-doped carbon in single-atom form; the preparation technique is simple and effective; green and environment-friendly; and it has important meaning for promoting the application of zinc air battery and fuel cell.
