▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing alumina modified graphene comprises (i) obtaining aluminum nitrate solution; (ii) dispersing the graphene powder into aluminum nitrate solution to obtain graphene aluminum nitrate mixed solution; (iii) filtering graphene aluminum nitrate mixed solution, and obtaining the graphene surface absorbing aluminum nitrate; and (iv) heating the graphene surface absorbing aluminum nitrate graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing alumina modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coating has radiating performance, and anti-corrosion performance of the reinforced coating, and is more easily paved on the surface of the whole base material, reduces interface thermal resistance, improves base material emitting rate, improves coating thermal conductivity, and prolongs the service life of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for alumina modified graphene prepared by the above mentioned method; #graphene radiating coating comprising the alumina-modified graphene, specifically comprising 1-10 pts. wt. alumina modified graphene, 10-80 pts. wt. resin and 30-100 pts. wt. diluent; and #preparing graphene radiating coating, comprising placing 10-80 pts. wt. resin into the material tank, starting the dispersion equipment, and stirring at 500-1000 revolutions/minute, (ii) adding 1-10 pts. wt. alumina-modified graphene into the resin, and stirring 500-1000 revolutions/minute, and dispersing for 20-40 minutes, (iii) adding 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. defoaming agent, and 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. leveling agent in sequence, adjusting the speed to 300-500 revolutions/minute, and dispersing for 20-40 minutes, and (iv) adding 30-100 pts. wt. diluent, adjusting the viscosity of the paint to 1500-2000 mPas.
