NOVELTY - Preparing oligomeric pure graphene material comprises (i) reacting a metal reductant with an alcohol reagent as a carbon source to obtain a precursor; (ii) adding an alkali metal compound to resulting precursor, placing in a microwave reactor and carrying out microwave synthesis reaction; and (iii) removing the reaction product after the completion of the reaction, subjecting to anhydrous ethanol reagent dispersion, adding ultrapure water, regulating the pH of the dispersion to neutral with hydrochloric acid, filtering, washing the product and drying. USE - The oligomeric pure graphene material is useful in electric catalytic oxygen reduction reaction (claimed), energy conversion and storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing oligomeric pure graphene material comprises (i) reacting a metal reductant with an alcohol reagent as a carbon source to obtain a precursor; (ii) adding an alkali metal compound to the resulting precursor, placing in a microwave reactor, flushing inert gas or nitrogen in the reaction chamber, pressurizing to 35 bar, heating at 15-55 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, rising temperature to 160-200 degrees C, holding for 0-60 minutes and carrying out microwave synthesis reaction for 10 minutes; and (iii) removing the reaction product after the completion of the reaction, subjecting to anhydrous ethanol reagent dispersion, adding ultrapure water, regulating the pH of the dispersion to neutral with hydrochloric acid, filtering, washing the product and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for oligomeric pure graphene material, prepared as mentioned above.
